Bath Room Tiling:


Above is the upstairs bathroom, with shower and bath.

Above is the downstairs bathroom and laundry.


Above is the master ensuite bathroom, with double shower.

Doors and Cabinetry 25 - 10

 Leading on to the kitchen cabinets:


The cabinets are a soft laminate (white), with soft close drawers, as you can see a little wine rack on the left and behind that a nice big space for the 900mm wide DishDrawer.

Please don't be jealous of my Fisher & Paykel 900mm wide DishDrawer (I know.... your only human). Get more jealous here.

Upstairs Laundry Chute:

Yes you can just throw those dirty clothes down the chute and they arrive in our laundry!!! What a system!

Render on!!! 23 -10

OK its looking busy, but the render is almost done!!! ready for painting.


The blueboard is on and ready for colour!


Looking rather Grey, but not for long painters on their way!!!!
The Mandeck(cave) is looking good, a handrail might help!

Prep for Render - 7 - 10

The  beading has been applied to the walls front and back.

 

Now were ready for render.

Cladding and more Brickwork 4-10

And by the 4th of October the brickwork and cladding is complete!



Below are images of the deck cladding using what is know as Blueboard. Blueboard is cladding which provides a solid substrate for applied decorative finishes. It's used as a wall cladding for: New homes, Re-cladding of existing homes Extensions, Upper storey additions and Light commercial applications.

The brickwork is starting.

Electrical and Data in! 21-09

Its starting to look busy now. Above is a good shot of the PVC plumbing for the upstairs main bathroom. Entire houses are now plumbed with PVC pipes, both hot and cold water in lieu of copper. So no need for cutting copper pipes and welding them back together. Just cut the pipe and clamp it in with clips into a join.


As you can see in the above shots there is quite a bit of data cabling in the house. As we have a small Ethernet network, and quite a few TV aerial cables, mixed in with power cables and duct for the air con.
